The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal Of Comprehensive Land Consolidation (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Kopú”) In The Cadastral Area Of Malíkov Nad Nežárkou, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Intended For The Renewal Of The Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. The Design Of The Kpo Will Be Processed So That It Can Be Entered In The Land Register. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Decision Of The Land Office To Approve The Proposal Of Land Consolidation And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal Of The Kpú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Division, Which Precisely Corresponds To The Requirements Referred To In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For The Implementation Of Land Consolidation And The Requirements Of The Land Consolidation, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.”). The Entire Cadastral Area Of Malíkov Nad Nežárkou, Outside The Built -Up Area Of The Municipality And Forest Complexes, Will Include The District Of The Comprehensive Land Consolidation. The Estimated Area Of The Area Is In The Cadastral Area (Hereinafter Referred To As The “K. Ú.”) 495 Ha. The Work Will Be Completed In Sub -Parts, The Content Of Which Will Be The Same As The Annex To Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. And Methodological Instructions For The Implementation Of Land Consolidation (In The Current Version). The Results Of The Individual Parts Will Be Handed Over In Accordance With The Contract For Work.
