The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Food - Fresh Fruits And Vegetables For The Needs Of Dg Buratino, Plovdiv. The Supplies Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement Are Described In The Technical Specifications - Part Ii Attached To The Documentation For Participation. The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Periodic Deliveries Of Food - Fresh Fruits And Vegetables In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Specimens Of Technical And Price Proposals - An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Execution Of All Deliveries On The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made After A Preliminary Request By The Kindergarten Director Or By An Official Designated By Him. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Main Goals Of The Order Are: 1. Providing Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food To The Children Visiting The Kindergarten; 2. Provision Of A Proper Diet Of Children, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And The Normative Acts For Its Implementation; 3. Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which The Nutrition Of Children Is Carried Out; 4. Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Needed For Food. Ii. The Period Of Operation Of The Public Procurement Contract For The Supply Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Calendar Months From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force Or Until The Value Of The Contract, Which Has Occurred Earlier. Upon Expiry Of The Contract Of The Contract, But The Inexhaustion Of Its Value And In The Presence Of Financial Resources Under The Contract, The Period Of It May Be Continued Until Its Value, But Not More Than 6 (Six) Calendar Months, In The Case Of A Contract Between The Contracting Authority To The Enforcement Of The Referral By Signing The Additional Agreement. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Contract For The Public Procurement Shall Enter Into Force, After The Expiry Of The Term Of The Contract For The Supply Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, Acting At The Date Of Announcement Of The Contract. For The Exact Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Public Procurement Contract, The Contractor Will Be Notified By Making A Contracting Letter From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor, Which Indicates The Start Date Of The Execution Of The Contract For The Public Procurement. Iii. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Supply Of Organic Food Products From The Respective Product Group, Which Should Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 30 May 2018 On The Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And For The Cancellation Of Regulation (Ec) No 834
