And Maximum 50 Cpl. The Value Of The Highest Subsequent Contract Will Be 7,983.193.00 Lei Excluding Vat. The Review Clause Regarding The Replacement Of The Products Offered With State-Of-The-Art Products: The Contracting Authority Specifies That It Will Use The Review Clause For The Delivery Of State-Of-The-Art Products In Case The Manufacturer Of The Products Offered Initially Stated During The Validity Period As An End-Of-Sale/End-Of-Life/End-Off. When Applying The Review Clause The Value Of The Contract Will Not Be Modified, And The Replacement Proposals Will Be Analyzed By The Contracting Authority So That The Technical Specifications Of The Newly Proposed Products Are Equivalent Or Higher With The Technical Specifications Of The Products Initially Offered. The Delivery Time Within Which All The Activities Provided In Annex No. 2 Of The Specifications - The Calendar Of The Activities Is 73 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract By Both Parties.
