The District Of Landshut Intends To Award The Collection And The Recycling Or Handover Of The Electrical And Electronics Devices Recorded In The District Area From 01.11.2025 For 3 Years On The Way Of A Public Tender. In Fulfilling Its Statutory Disposal Tasks, The District Of Landshut Operates A System For Recording Electrical And Electronic Equipment. This System Currently Consists Of 34 Waste Collection Points And The Collection Point At The Remnant Landfill In Spitzlberg, Where Groups 1 To 5 Are Collected In Accordance With The Electrog. Groups 1 And 4 Community Sam Are Recorded At The Designated Locations. The Following Performance Profile Is Required For Recording, Taking Over, Transport And Handover To Foundation And The Transfer Of The Electrical Devices: • The Roll-Off Containers Required To Record The Jointly Or Separate Groups 1 And 4 Are Provided By The Ag. • Provision Of Grid Boxes For Group 2 Electrical And Electronics Devices At 21 Waste Collection Points. The Ag Is Provided By The Ag. • The Collective Barrels Required For The Recording Of Group 3 Are Set Up By The Ag. • The Rolling Containers Required For The Recording Of Group 5 As Well As The 120L Feser And Pallet Boxes For Battery-Operated Devices Are Provided By The Ag. • Takeover Of Electrical And Electronics Devices Of Groups 1 To 5 From The Old Fabric Collection Points Of The Ag In The District As Well As Transport And Weighing / Mas-Sensory Setting • Sorting The Shared Groups 1 And 4 By The An • Preparation And Handover Of The Adopted Groups 1, 2 And 3 To The Foundation Ear • Preparation For Marketing Or Handover To The Ear Of Group 4 And 5 • Marketing / Exploitation Or Marketing Or Exploitation Transfer To The Ear Of Group 4 And 5 The Tender Takes Place In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Award Regulation (Vgv) And The Law Against Restrictions On Competition (Gwb).
