The College of Community Health Nursing, Nkanchin-Kpandai (COCHN), intends to apply parts of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payment under the contract for the supply of the under listed packages: The College of Community Health Nursing, Nkanchina (COCHN) now invites sealed Tenders From Eligible suppliers, manufacturers or authorized representatives for the Supply of the above listed item with the following: (i) Valid Business registration certificate (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate (iii) Valid SSNIT registration certificate (iv) Valid GRA registration certificate (v) Valid TAX clearance registration certificate (vi) Valid PPA Registration certificate Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) method procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003(Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH 300.00 for the Tender Document through a bank draft in the name of the College Tenderers may also obtain further information and inspect the tender document at the COCHN Procurement Unit from 9:00am to 16:00pm, each working day or through the school portal (https://cchnnkanchina.edu.gh/procurement) from Friday, 11th July, 2025. Tenders must be delivered in hard copies into the tender box at the college on or before 10:00am on Friday, 08th August, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline of submission of Tenders. Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the total Tender price in a form of Bank guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable financial institution/ reputable Insurance Firm or a Signed Tender declaration form.
