Part One - Performance For The Customer Of The Service Of Transporting Children And Youth From The Place Of Residence (According To Established Stops) To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Mokrsk And To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Krzyworzeka, As Well As A Conversion From Educational Institutions To The Place Of Residence (According To Established Stops) - About 79 People. It Is Allowed To Participate In The Implementation Of The Order Of More Buses, While Maintaining The Remaining Terms Of The Contract, Including In Particular The Hours And Number Of People Of Individual Courses. Childrens Delivery Takes Place On The Day Of School Education. The Contractors Obligation Is To Have All The Insurance And Rights Required By The Law, Guarantee The Safety Of Persons And Property During The Transport Of Persons. The Contractor Bears The Exclusive Liability For Damage To The Contracting Authority Or Third Parties, Including Transported Students Arising In Connection With The Implementation Of The Contract. The Contractor Insures Buses And Passengers From All Damage Arising During Transport And In Connection With Transport. Oc And Nw Insurance And Current Technical Review. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Verify The Above -Mentioned Circumstances At Every Stage Of The Contract. In The Event Of A Lack Of Vehicle Insurance In This Respect Or Its Current Technical Inspection During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Refrain With Providing The Service Using A Given Vehicle And Immediately Obtaining Them, And Substantial Substitute Vehicle, And Substituting Another Replacement Vehicle, Meeting The Above Requirements Of The Failure Of The Designated Vehicle, Will Provide The Contractor, Providing The Appropriate Technical Vehicle. - The Substitution Of The Replacement Vehicle Is A Criterion For The Assessment Of Offers.
