1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Nature Path Along With Resting Places In The Peat Area In The South-Eastern Part Of The Łęczna Commune. The Designed Path Consists Of A Wooden Platform Located Along The Drainage Channels On Plots No. 1210/2, 1210/3, 1213/1, 1214/1, 1215/1. Along The Nature Path, Resting Places Were Designed In The Form Of Wooden Platforms With Benches And A Seating Shelter. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Contract Is Included In The Project Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, A Pre -Office Of Works Constituting The Information Basis And In The Draft Contract. 3. In The Event Of A Swz Or Any Attachment To Swz Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approval, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, Products Can Be Replaced By Equivalent. The Employer Will Consider Such Solutions As Equivalent Solutions That Allow You To Obtain The Effect Of The Employer Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered As Equivalent Solutions, And Only Those That Indicate Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Usable Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Names Of The Manufacturer, Trademarks, Standards, Approval Or Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Was Aimed At Determining The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, Which The Goods Must Be Met To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Qualitative Model Of The Subject Of The Contract. By A Record Regarding The Minimum Requirements Of Quality Parameters, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, Websites Of Manufacturers, Etc. Operating Examples Of The Manufacturers Sample Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. 4. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Draft Contract. A Thorough Familiarization With The Draft Contract Is Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Offer. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up As -Built Geodetic Inventory With Registration In The Poviat Geodetic Documentation Center At His Own Expense. 6. Investment Implemented With Co-Financing Under The European Funds Program For Lublin 2021-2027, Contract No. 11.02 That.00-0001/24-00. Along With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit: 1).
