All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Utility Features That The Products Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority And Are Only A Qualitative Model Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5.8.5. By A Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements Of Quality Parameters, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements Of Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites.
