The Length Of The Section Covered By The Investment 435.7 M. 2. The Order Is Co -Financed By The Government Road Development Fund. 3. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Restoration Of The Road Route, 2) Cutting Of Greenery, 3) Demolition Works, 4) Earthworks, 5) Closing Collision And Protection Of The Power Grid, 6) Foundation, 7) Performing The Reconstruction Of The Road Surface, 8) Reconstruction Of The Exit, 9) Brdy Elements In The Scope Electricity. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation Approved By The Decision To Permission For The Implementation Of A Road Investment Constituting Annex 8 To Swz, A Pre -Office Of Works Constituting Annex 10 To Swz, As Well As In The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.5. The Contractor Without Additional Remuneration Undertakes To: 1) Perform All Preparatory Works, Including Cleaning Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Execution Of The Energy Connection For The Needs Of The Construction Site And Incurring The Costs Of Their Consumption, 2) Marking And Securing The Construction Site, 3) Incurring All Research Costs, Expertise And Opinions Necessary For Assessing The Quality Of Works And The Incurred The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 4) Acceptance Of The Works Performed, 5) Processing Materials From Demolition By Filming The Material To The 0-63 Fraction Along With Obtaining A Certificate Of Aggregate Quality - Material For Re -Built. The Material From The Demolition Is The Ownership Of The Ordering Party, 6) Execution Of The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works Before Entering The Construction Site, 7) In The Event Of Damage To The Devices Or Parts Thereof (Including The Water And Sewage Networks, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Drainage Devices And Municipal Roads) In The Course Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract-Repairing Them And Bringing Them To The Original State, 8) Covering The Costs Of Any Compensation For The Incl.
