1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Under The Name: Expansion Of The Existing Playground At Reduta Dzik In Gdańsk. The Task Is Implemented As Part Of The Civic Budget 2021, 2022 And Initiatives Of Local District Councils 2021 Called: Playground For Children At Reduta Dzik Ul. On Plot No. 334, The Area Of 0100, Which Covers The Area Of The Existing Playground And Is A Flow Of Motława. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Investment Task, Including The Following Elements: 1) Demolition And Preparatory Works; 2) Earthworks; 3) Construction Works; 4) Green; 5) Reproductive And Care Works; 6) Little Architecture. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Have Been Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
