Tenders Are Invited For 07840 Development Of Project Documentation For The Task: Construction Of The Road Connector Of J. Iwaszkiewicza And E. Kajdasza In Wrocław

1. The Contracting Authority Entrusts And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Project Documentation For Task No. 07840: Development Of Project Documentation For The Task: Construction Of A Road Connector Of J. Iwaszkiewicza And E. Kajdasza In Wrocław Along With Obtaining The Final Administrative Decisions Of Zrid, Including: 1) Development Of A Construction Project And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain Relevant Approvals/Administrative Decisions And Obtaining All Necessary Documents, Opinions, Arrangements In Order To Obtain Administrative Decisions, 2) Developing Executive Projects, 3)) Developing Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As Developing An Offer Cost Estimate (Bill Of Quantity) And An Investor Cost Estimate, 4) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And To Prepare And Submit A Complete Application To The Competent Authority In Order To Obtain The Final Decision Described In Opz, I.E. Zrid, Obtaining And Delivery To The Contracting Authority Of The Certificate Of The Final Decision Of The Zrid. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Also Undertakes To: 1) Participation In The Process Of Providing A Public Procurement For The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Project Documentation (Preparing Answers To The Questions Of Bidders In The Field Of Technical Solutions Contained In The Project Documentation), 2) Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Abovementioned Documentation During The Entire Investment Process Implemented On Its Basis Until The Permit For The Use Or Equivalent Document Is Obtained In The Light Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law, 3) Transfer In The Manner Indicated In The Contract Of The Authors Property Rights To The Employer And Granting Permission To Exercise Dependent Rights And The Personal Rights Specified In The Personal Rights Agreement, 4) Of The Performance Of Other Obligations Described In Opz And In All Documents. In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Task Referred To In This Item, Including Those Resulting From The Law, 5) Granting, Without Separate Payment (As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Contract Referred To In § 9 (1) Point 1.1, 1.2 And Point 1.3) Of The Contract Template, Relevant Explanations Of The Contractor For Construction Works Regarding The Documentation And The Solutions Contained In It, Including Giving Relevant Explanations Regarding All Doubts Arising In The Course Of Investments In The Scope Of Design Solutions Used And Supplementing The Details Of The Study And The Performance Of Other Obligations Arising From The Construction Law.
