The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Implementation Of The Position Of Drawing Water From The River River, Which Includes: • Strengthening Of The River Slopes With The Descent To The Water Mirror (Place Of Drawing Water), • The Driveway To The Place Of Water Drawing, Is Intended For Purposes For Fire Protection And Is Included In The 21St Category Of Construction Facilities - Water Management Facilities. 3.2.2.2.2.2.2.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Documentation, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz, Which Includes: 1) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 2) Bill Of Quantities, 3) A Design Of The Water Drawing Point, While The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is An Illustrative And Auxiliary Material When Preparing The Offer, And Any Errors And Discrepancies Between The Above Documents Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractor For Later Claims In The Case Of Incorrectly Prepared Claims Offers. 3.3. The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be The Area Of The Gryfice Forest District - Oddz. 404, Plots No. 404/2 District 0020 Stawo-Sokołów And 415/6 Precinct 0035 Brodniki, Gryfice Commune, Gryfice Poviat, West Pomeranian Voivodeship. 3.4.
