The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Documentation, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz, Which Includes: 1) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 2) Bill Of Quantities, 3) A Design Of The Water Drawing Point, While The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is An Illustrative And Auxiliary Material When Preparing The Offer, And Any Errors And Discrepancies Between The Above Documents Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractor For Later Claims In The Case Of Incorrectly Prepared Claims Offers. 3.3.
