1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Building Of The Former Court Stable Located At The Nature And Łowiec Museum In Uzarzew, Which Is The Branch Of The National Museum Of Agriculture And The Agricultural And Food Industry In Szreniawa. Part 2 - Fragment Of The Facade. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Disassembly Works, 2) Gravitational Ventilation, 3) Painting Works - External Joinery, 4) Renovation Of The Facade (South And West). Bearing In Mind The Fact That The Design Documentation Also Includes A Material Scope Beyond The Subject Of This Proceeding (In Particular The Works Performed In Part 1 And Works Related To The Replacement Of The Door And The Renovation Of The Remaining Part Of The Facade) The Contracting Authority Informs That The Actual Material Scope Results From The Attached Bill Of Quantities, And The Quantities Indicated There Should Be Verified On The Basis Of Documentation. 3. Ostoja (Stable) Is Part Of The Palace And Park Foundation In Uzarzew. The Entire Museum In Uzarzew Is Located In The Area Of The Strict Protection Zone Of The Conservation Palace Complex, The Middle Xix, Registration Number: 1421/A Of 11.04.1973: Palace And Park, Stajnia (Ostoja), Reg. No. 1737 Of 16.12.1975. 4. The Contractor Applying For The Award Of The Contract In Question Is Obliged To Make A Local Vision Of The Place Of Works To Assess The Current Condition Of The Building Before Submitting The Offer, Under Pain Of Rejection. The Vision Can Be Made From 28.07 To 01.08 And From 04.08 To 06.08 Between 10.00 -14.00, After Notifying The Ordering Party About The Intention To Conduct A Vision. The Notification Should Take Place In Electronic Form, To The Address Indicated In Point 10.16 Swz At The Latest By 09:00 A Given Day (Out Of The Days Indicated By The Ordering Party), In Which The Contractor Intends To Conduct A Local Vision, Indicating In It The Number Of People And The Time Of Arrival.
