The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Project Documentation Of The Reconstruction (Security) Of The Drozdowice Iii Chamber In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation, And Authority Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Provided For In Project Documentation. 1.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Technical Design Of The Drozdowice Iii Chamber, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Project, In The Scope Of: A) The Inventory Of The Drozdowice Iii Chamber, With Particular Emphasis On The Wooden And Anchor Housing Existing In The Excavation, B) Dismantling Of The Existing Deformed Or Damaged Housing, C) Reproduction Of Wooden Housing, D) Dismantling The Ends Of Steel Anchors Together With Pads And Nuts, E) Dismantling Of Curtain Mesh, F) Building Additional Elements Of The Anchor Housing, G) Buildings Of The New Curtain Housing, H) Building New Cover Meshes, I) A Comprehensive Approach To Leaks In The Upper Floor Of The Chamber, Along With Removal To The Dehydration Installation, J) Method Of Chamber And Monitoring Method Its Stability And The Changes Taking Place, 2) Arrangement Of The Technical Design With The Customers Services And With The Conservator Of The Monuments Of Krakow Salt Mushrooms (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs), And Then Obtaining Approval Of The Agreed Technical Project By The Manager Of The Mining Plant Of The Salt Mine Wieliczka (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), 3) Obtaining A Kzkżs Permit To Perform The Technical Project - Kzkżs Operates In Accordance With The Agreement Of June 21, 2017 On Entrusting Some Matters In The Scope Of The Property Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Krakow (Official Journal Of The Voivodeship Of June 26, 2017, Item 4200), 4) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Schedule For Works Covered By Technical Project.1.3. As Part Of The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Be Required To Perform Authors Supervision In A Maximum Amount Of 96 Hours. 1.4. The Purpose Of Mining Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Prepared Design Documentation Will Be To Restore The Safe Functioning Of A Historic Excavation, Whose Deteriorating Condition Is Caused By Adverse Geological And Mining Conditions. 1.5.
