The Subject Of The Contract For The Task No. 1 Are Successive Delivery Of Food Products And Dried Products With Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Primary School Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński In Hłudnia. 1. The Number And Assortment Of The Sale And Delivery Of The Above -Mentioned Articles Given In The Attachments Of The Offer Form Is Estimated And May Be Changes Adapted To Current Demand (Change Of The Number Of Lives During The School Year). The Estimated Volume Of Deliveries And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In The Attachments To Swz.2. The Delivery Of Articles Will Be Successfully Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Employer Submitted In Writing, By Fax, Email For 1 To 3 Days Earlier Before The Required Delivery. Delivery Is Expected To Take Place On A Specific Day Until 10.00.3. Each Nutritional Article That Is The Subject Of A Public Contract Must Have Factory Unit Packaging. 4. The Contractor Ensures That The Supplied Food Products Will Be Of Due Quality And That They Will Be Supplied In Original And Intact Packaging, No Later Than In The Middle Of The Shelf Life For The Consumption Provided For A Given Food Article. 5. Delivery Of Ordered Articles To The Seat Of The Ordering Party And Their Unloading Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense. 6. The Contracting Authority Will Refuse To Accept The Products Delivered In The Event Of Their Poor Quality And Non -Compliance With The Assortment List.
