Tenders Are Invited For Development Of A Project Of A Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Area Located In The City Of Olsztyn, In The Region Of National Road No. 46 And Streets Of Storczykowa And Narcyzowa

1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is: Development Of A Project Of A Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Area Located In The City Of Olsztyn, In The Region Of National Road No. 46 And Storczykowa And Narcynowa Streets 2. As Part Of The Proceedings In Question, The Contractors Task Will Be To Perform A Project Of The Local Spatial Development Plan In The Area Located In The City Of Olsztyn In The Region Of National Road No. 46 And Narcissna And Storczykowa Streets. The Total Area Of The Area Within The Borders, Which Are The Plots Of Land, Including The Ownership Of The City And Commune Of Olsztyn Is 16.3 Ha. Planning Works Are Aimed At Launching The Production Zone, Enabling The Start Of Production Or Production And Service In The Designated Area, In Accordance With The Directional Document Of The Spatial Policy Of The Olsztyn Commune. The Expected Design Solutions Are Within The Framework Of The Applicable Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Olsztyn Commune, Adopted By Resolution No. Xv/141/2012 Of The Olsztyn Commune Council Of 28 June 2012, As Amended. Changes. The Area That Is The Subject Of The Study Is In Line With The Many Years Of Planning Work Program For 2024-2028, Adopted By Resolution No. Xxxviii/459/24 Of The City Council In Olsztyn Of 19 March 2024 On The Current Study Of The Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Olsztyn Commune And Local Development Plans, It Is Also A Fragment Of The Region Indicated In The Study Uikzp, For Which The Commune Intends To Draw Up A Local Plan. The Contractors Task Will Also Be To Prepare An Environmental Impact Forecast. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Resolution Of The City Council In Olsztyn Together With The Graphic Attachment - Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Take Into Account The Findings Of The Uikzp Study Of The Olsztyn Commune And The Proposed Contractual Provisions. The Deadline For Performing Individual Stages Of The Contract Has Been Specified In Detail In The Material And Financial Schedule Constituting An Attachment To This Contract. 5. The Contractors Obligations As Part Of The Contract Include: 1) Conducting A Formal And Legal Procedure Required For The Draft Local Spatial Development Plan, Resulting From The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2014, Item 1130, As Amended), Completing Formal And Legal Documentation Throughout The Period Plannings In Accordance With Applicable Law In This Respect, In Particular In Accordance With: • The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 1130, As Amended), • Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 17 December 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws 2012 The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Work And Technology Of 26 October 2020 On Spatial Data Sets And Metadata In The Field Of Spatia
