3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Food To The Public Primary School Jan Kochanowski In Rusinów In The Period From 01/09/2025 To 26.06.2026 As Described By The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1A To Swz.3.2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Food Products To A School Canteen Located In The Public Building Of The Primary School In Rusinów Ul. Szkolna 47, 26-411 Rusinów With A Vehicle Adapted To Transport The Food Products Listed In The Proceedings, Meeting The Requirements Of The Field Sanitary And Epidemiological Station. 3.3. Food Products Will Be Delivered No More Than Once On A Business Day During The Classroom, From 7.00 To 7.30.3.3.1. The Number Of The Subject Of The Order In Individual Items Of Annex 1A The Demand For Food-The Assortment-Exchange And Price Form, Is Given An Estimated. This Quantity May Change During The Order. The Final Number Of Individual Articles Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Not Use The Entire Order. Possible Reductions May Depend On The Attendance And Absence Of Children Using Nutrition.
