1) The Subject Of The Contract Are Transport Services In The Field Of Delivery Of Disabled Students From The Zelów Commune To Educational Institutions, Together With Providing Care During Delivery, In The School Year 2025/2026.2) For Delivery Is Understood As The Delivery Of Students To Compulsory Educational Classes From The Place Of Residence To Educational Institutions And The Transfer Of Students From Educational Institutions To The Place Of Residence. With Applicable Law And The Appropriate Number Of Seats Adequate To The Number Of Children Transported, Having Seat Belts, And For Younger Children The Possession Of Car Seats; C) In Parts I, Ii And Iii Task Vehicle (Bus) For Transporting Disabled Students Must Be Specially Marked According To The Nature Of The Services Provided, I.E. That It Is Used To Transport Disabled Children; D) Providing A Means Of Transport With Current Civil Liability Insurance And Accident Insurance, Current Technical Examination Allowing The Vehicle To Move; E) Maintaining Proper Order And Cleanliness Of The Means Of Transport; Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Care For Students During Delivery And On The Way Back And Bear The Costs Associated With It. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Guardian Brought Students From The Vehicle To School And From School To The Vehicle.
