4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Function Of A Contract Engineer Together With The Exercise Of Multi -Branch Investor Supervision Over The Investment Task Entitled: Establishment Of An Industry Skill Center In Tomaszów Mazowiecki. 1. The Subject Of This Contract Is To Perform The Function Of A Contract Engineer Together With The Exercise Of Multi -Branch Investor Supervision By Providing Services Indicated In This Order For Effective And Comprehensive Management And Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Build Public Procurement For Creating An Industry Skill Center In Tomaszów Mazowiecki By Full Design And Comprehensive Construction Of The Industry Skill Center Building Together With Land Development And Obtaining Administrative Decisions, Including The Final Decision On The Permit To Use2. The Investment Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Contracts That The Contracting Authority Has Concluded Or Concludes With Entities Performing The Investment Task Together With Possible Changes. 3. Administrative Arrangements And Decisions Issued For The Investment Task And The Instructions Of The Employer. 4. The Contract Engineer Is Responsible For His Own Action Or Omission, And As For His Own Actions Or Abandonment For The Actions Or Omission Of Persons With The Help Of Which He Performs This Order In Whole Or Any Part, As Well As Persons To Whom He Is Entrusted With Obligations, This Order In Whole Or Any Part. 5. The Contract Engineer And Persons Carrying Out This Order On Behalf Of This Order May Not Independently Make Decisions Affecting The Increase In The Costs Of The Supervised Investment Task, As Well As Are Not Authorized To Order Orders And Additional Works, Supplementary, Replacement, Equivalent, Without The Consent Of The Contracting Authority.
