Tenders Are Invited For Dok Proj.-Koszt. For The Reconstruction And Extension Of The Internal Gas Installation Together With The Construction Of The Central Heating Installation And Hot Water (Gas) For The Premises Of At Ul. Sienkiewicza 45/9 In Bydgoszcz

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Work Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Scoop Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation) Regarding The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Gas Installation Together With The Equipment Of The Premises With An Ease-Free Heating And Hot Utility Water From An Individual Two-Function Gas Boiler And Ventilation Of Rooms For A Inhabited Municipal Residential Premises No. 9 Located In The Building At Ul. Henryk Sienkiewicz 45 In Bydgoszcz. Note: The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Contractor Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Similar Types Of Decisions, Conditioning The Start Of The Abovementioned Works, In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, Including Building Permits (Or Making An Effective Application). In The Event That The Scope Of Works Provided For In Documentation Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit For Their Implementation But Only Notification, The Provisions Of This Specification Relating To The Building Permit Shall Apply Accordingly To Reporting Works To The Architectural And Building Administration Authority. 2. The Design Documentation Should Include, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Reconstruction Of The Internal Gas Installation For Designed Gas Receivers In Premises No. 92) Applying An Existing Stove And A Designed Two-Function Boiler With Radiators And Central Heating Installation And The C.Ow Installation And Condensate Drainage; 3) Applying Liquid Tiled Stoves And Heating Equipment For Heating Utility Water; 4)) Designing Exhaust Gas Discharge From A Condensing Boiler And Applying Ventilation In Accordance With The Attached Chimney -Up Opinion; Note: The Contractor Should Verify Whether Adm Has To Use Construction Inventories For Design Purposes For The Abovementioned Premises-Contact Rom-4 Ul.
