Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Pupils Of The Special School And Educational Center For The Visually Impaired Children No. 8 In Warsaw At Ul. Rzymowskiego 361. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation And Supply Of Meals For Pupils Of The Special School And Educational Center For Children To Vigolar No. 8 In Warsaw At Ul. Rzymowskiego 36 (Dinners) And At Ul. Prince Janusz 45/47 (Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Dinner), As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.2. The Contracting Authority Assumes, On Average, 75 Days Of Catering Services And An Estimated Number Of Pupils: 14 People For Breakfast, 2Nd Breakfast And Dinner And 70 People For Dinners. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Meals In The Following Hours: 1) Breakfast - From 05:00 To 6.00 (From Monday To Friday), 2) Lunch - From 05:00 To 06:00 (Monday To Friday), 3) Lunch - From 12:00 To 12:30 (From Monday To Friday), 4) Dinner - From 13:00 To 18.00 (From Monday To Thursday (From Monday To Thursday, Exclusion Didactic Classes In The Middle Of The Week). 4. The Price Of The Meal Should Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Including: Costs Of Purchasing Products, Preparing Meals, Washing And Disinfecting Thermos And Packaging, Transport, Delivery Of Meals To The Ordering Entities: • Breakfast, Second Breakfast And Dinner - To The Building At Ul. Prince Janusza 57/47, 01-452 Warsaw, • Dinners-To The Building At Ul. Rzymowskiego 36, 02-697 Warsaw. 5. Meals Will Be Delivered By Their Own Transport Of The Contractor, At Their Own Risk, In Specialized Containers Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And The Quality Of Transported Dishes, To Which The Contractor Has The Appropriate Certificates.
