The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Functioning Of The Object, Taking Into Account The Movement Of Users And Existing Security. 3. Coordination With The Facility Administrator In The Scope Of Schedule And Security Is Required. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order, Reduce Noise And Dust Emissions, And Proper Marking Of Working Zones. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract, And In The Absence Of It - Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Civil Liability) In The Scope Of Conducted Business, Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than: Pln 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Zlotys). Insurance Of Civil Liability Should Include Civil, Tort And Contract Liability For Personal And Material Damage And Their Consequences. Before Signing The Contract, The Employer Will Demand A Copy Of The Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance. 6. The Contractor Selected To Perform The Contract Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party Before Concluding The Contract. 7. Failure To Submit A Document Confirming Insurance, An Offer Cost Estimate, Securing The Proper Performance Of The Contract Or Employment Declaration, At The Latest On The Day Designated For The Conclusion Of The Contract Will Be Treated As Evading By The Selected Contractor From The Conclusion Of The Contract. 8. Required Warranty Period For Defects And Guarantees For Completed Construction Works: Not Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period For Defects And Guarantees Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. 9. The Employer Declares That If The Documentation With The Solutions Described Is Given Names Characterizing Specific Suppliers And Producers, These Are Names Only Examples, And The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Solutions That Will Not Be Worse Than Those Described In The Documents Described In The Documents. 10.
