The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization/Renovation Of The Central Warehouse At The Provincial Specialist Hospital Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński, Sp Zoz In Lublinieczeków, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained Accordingly By The Following Documents, Which Are Attachments To This Swz: 1) The Project Of Renovation And Construction Works Of The Central Magazine Rooms Located In Blok H In The Provincial Specialist Hospital Stefan Wyszyński Spzoz In Lublin, Including Technical Specification Of The Conditions For Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. 2) Bill Of Quantities, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Para. 2 (Annex 8 To Swz), 3) Draft Contract (Annex 4 To Swz), The Local Vision Requires The Contractor To Conduct A Local Vision Of The Area Where The Investment Is Planned And Parts Of Buildings That Will Be Connected To The Investment In Order To Familiarize Themselves With The State Of The Area And The Above -Mentioned Buildings, Possible Difficulties And Organizational And Logistics Conditions. The Person Authorized To Contacts Is Mr. Jarosław Tucholski- Head Of The Supply And Material Management Department And Mr. Grzegorz Dźwierzyński- The Supervision Inspector Of The Construction Industry. The Local Vision Will Take Place On Two Dates, I.E. 01/08/2025. At 10:00 And 06.08.2025 At 9:00. Interested Contractors Are Asked To Report To Room 103 In The Hospital H At The Selected Time. Confirmation Of The Local Vision Will Be Confirmation Of The Presence On The List Lined By The Ordering Party On Its Day. Pursuant To Art. 131 Para. 2 Points 1) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Requires Submitting An Offer After The Contractor Has Completed A Local Vision. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Will Reject The Contractors Offer Based On Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Pzp Act, If He Makes An Offer Without A Local Vision.
