The Subject Of The Contract Is The Expansion Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant In Łazy On The Plot No. 81/2 Within The Łazy In The Kampinos Commune, As Part Of The Task: Documentation And Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Łazy. The Efficiency Of The Newly Designed Sewage Treatment Plant Will Be: Qdś = 150.0 M³/D.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance By The Contractor: 1) The Extension Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant Along With Installations, 2) Complementing All Obligations And Formalities (Including The Performance Of As -Built Geodetic Inventory Together With The Certificate Of Introducing Its Results To The Resource) And Obtaining, As Part Of The Power Of Attorney To Act On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Contracts, 3) Hydraulic And Technological Start Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, 4) Without Undue Delay Of Works Not Covered By The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, If They Are Necessary For Safety Or Protection Against Failure, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Separate Remuneration For The Performance Of These Works, 5) Land Development And Connecting The Object To Technical Infrastructure, 6) Construction And Its Liquidation After Construction, With Its Own Efforts And At Your Own Expense. 3. The Contracting Authority Has A Final Decision On Building Permit No. 656/2025 Of July 8, 2025 Issued By The West Warsaw Staroste Regarding The Biological Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant To The Average Daily Bandwidth Qdś = 150 M3/D In Łazy, Kampinos Commune On Plot No. 81/2 Registration 143203_2 Kampinos.
