1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Office Building Of The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy In Warsaw At Ul. Bracka 4 Class 2 In The Scope Of Retrofitting In A Passenger Crane, Including: 1.1 Stage 1: 1) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Stwior, Referred To In Point 3.2 Of Swz, 2) Performing The Necessary Construction, Assembly And Installation Works. 1.2 Stage 2: Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of Brand New, Complete Devices (Crane And Platforms) Together With Paying The Costs Of Receipt And Registration Of Devices And Obtaining A Decision On Admission Of Devices For Operation By The Office Of Technical Inspection And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Decision On Building Permit No. 126/Am/Srd/Pb/2025 Of 13.06.2025, And Applicable Law. Information On The Local Vision Of The Object.1) Before The Set Time For Submitting Offers, A Local Vision Will Be Organized In This Procedure, In Order To Enable All Information For The Correct Preparation Of The Offer. The Reservation That The Last Possible Date For A Local Vision Is 06.08.2025. Local Vision May Be Carried Out On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 10:00 To 14:00. Note: According To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Act, The Offer Will Be Rejected, Which Was Submitted Without A Local Vision. 4) The Meeting Of Representatives Of The Contractor With Representatives Of The Contracting Authority Will Take Place In The Mrpips Building (Entrance From Bracka Street 4). To Issue A Pass Authorizing To Enter The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, It Is Necessary To Show A Photo Identity Document. 3. Pursuant To The Disposal Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor (Also A Further Subcontractor) Undertake To Perform Activities Consisting In Performing General Construction Works, Including, Including The Carpentry-Concrete Works, Works Related To The Replacement Or Assembly Of A Passenger Crane, Installation, Installation Works-Electrical, Teletechnical, Sanitary (Ventilation), Persons Employed Under The Contract, For A Job Of At Least ½ Full -Time, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended).
