3 Grunwaldzka 31.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To Part 1 Is Annex 1.1 To Swz.3. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Circumstances Arising From The Contract Documentation. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made For The Contracting Authority At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Of The Contractor. 7.
