Tenders Are Invited For Performing Vertical Insulation Of External Walls And Renovation Of The Destroyed External Facades Of The Building Of The Former Monastery Of The Benedictine Sisters From The Turn Of The 14Th/15Th Century At Ul. Jakub 20 And In Toruń
3.2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conduct Of Renovation And Conservation Works Of The Former Monastery Building, Present Housing The Museum Library As Well As Laboratories And Warehouses Of The Archeology Department Of The District Museum In Toruń At Ul. Saint. Jakub 20A. The Goal Is To Stop The Degradation Of The Building Of The Former Monastery Of The Benedictine Sisters And Improving The Conditions For Storing Museum Facilities, Which Will Affect The Regions Cultural Heritage. The Order Includes Vertical Insulation Of External Walls From The South And West Of The Building From The Mundane To Foundations. After The Insulation, The Conservation Renovation Of The External Facades, The Installation Of The Roof And Other Works Indicated In The Documentation (Including Inside The Building), Also Described In The Pre -Office Will Be Carried Out. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 10 To Swz.3.2.2. The Necessary Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In The Area Indicated In The Subject Of The Order Using The Technologies Described In The Project. 3.2.3. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments. A Decision Was Issued For The Entire Scope Of Construction Works On The Permission To Carry Out Construction Works In The Monument By The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments In Toruń And The Decision - Building Permit. 3.2.4. The Building Is Currently Used, The Work Schedule And The Manner Of Execution Of Construction Works Should Take Into Account The Provision Of The Building For Employees And People From The Outside. 3.2.5. The Contracting Authority Will Appoint An Investor Supervision Inspector In A Construction And Construction Specialty. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate In The Scope Indicated In The Draft Contract - Annex 9 To Swz.3.2.6. A Detailed Schedule Of Work Will Be Determined Between The Parties After Signing The Contract. 3.2.7. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 3.2.8.1. Establishment Of A Construction Manager, In Accordance With Decision No. Waib.6740.11.580.10.2022.Msch Of 18.01.2022 (Building Permit), 3.2.8.2. Implementation Of Detailed Conditions For Securing The Construction Site And Conducting Construction Works Specified In The Abovementioned Decision, 3.2.8.3. Placing On A Construction Site In A Visible Place Of The Information Board And An Advertisement Containing Data On Work Safety And Health Protection. 3.2.8. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Auxiliary And Accompanying Works As Well As Other Works Necessary To Perform The Contract Not Included In The Documentation, But Necessary To Perform Due To Construction Art, Technical Knowledge Principles And Legal Provisions, In Particular: 3.2.8.1. All Types Of Work Protection, Including Security In Terms Of Safety, Health And Safety And Theft And Devastation. 3.2.8.2. Conducting Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People Employed In The Museum And Visitors. 3.2.8.3. Repair
