The Building Is Located At: Rondo Of The 3Rd Konstytucji Maja 2, 67-200 Głogów. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of All Works Along With The Supply Of Materials And Devices Required According To The Description And A Prejudice Of The Works, I.E. 1) Demolition And Disassembly Of The Boiler And Existing Devices, Removal And Disposal Of The Boiler, Dismantled Devices, Pipes, Garbage And Debris, 2) Installation Work Of A New Boiler And Accompanying Devices, Supplied By The Contractor, Connecting To The Existing Installation, Buying Any Bruises, Insulating The New Installation, Conducting Tightness Of Installation And Correctness Of Cooperation, 3) Launching The Installation, 4) Providing Complete Acceptance Documentation Containing, Among Others Approval, Certificates, Technical Cards, Launch And Tightness Protocols, Guarantees Of The Devices Used, 5) Inspection And Repairs During The Warranty And Warranty Period, As Well As Post -Warranty Service On The Basis Of A Separate Contract With A Reaction From Reporting A Failure In Not Longer Than 24 Hours. 4.
