1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Passenger Car Produced In 2025.2. The Vehicle Will Be Purchased In The Form Of An Operational Lease With The Option Of Buying A Vehicle By The Contracting Authority. 3. Place Of Delivery And Handing Over The Car: Ul. Pocztowa 7, 89-500 Tuchola. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Lease Determining The Minimum Technical Requirements Of A Passenger Car Is Included In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex 4 To This Swz. 5. Leasing Conditions Were Specified In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.6. Receipt Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In The Form Of A Protocol, After Prior Compliance With The Terms Of The Order. 7.
