Tenders Are Invited For Development Of E-Administration At The City And Commune Office In Szamocin By Modernizing Domain Systems, Implementation And Integration Of The Ezd System And Mobile Application

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Integrated Implementation Scope Including The Modernization Of Domain Systems, Implementation Of Electronic Documentation Management (Ezd), Implementation Of The Mobile Application And Full Integration Of The Abovementioned Components With The Existing Ict Infrastructure Of The City And Commune Office In Szamocin. The Order Is Part Of The Implemented Project Modernization And Development Of Services As Part Of Local E-Administration Provided By The City And Commune Office In Szamocin, Co-Financed By The European Union. The Scope Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Modernization Of Domain Systems Used In Servicing Residents Matters And Conducting Financial Economy Aimed At Enabling The Launch Of Public E-Services With A High Degree Of Maturity. These Systems Must Be Adapted To The Technical Requirements Specified In The Project Documentation, Taking Into Account The Applicable Communication Standards With External Systems, Such As Epuap, E-Mails, National Node And Ksef. The Next Element Of The Order Is The Implementation And Integration Of The Ezd System, Whose Implementation Is Aimed At Full Digitization Of The Circulation E-Administration. Ezd Must Provide The Possibility Of Conducting Electronic Matters, Decree, Registers, Qualified Signatures And Integration With E-Services Launched As Part Of Domain Systems. An Important Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Implementation Of A Mobile Application, Which Is To Be A Modern Communication Channel With Residents. This Application Must Be Fully Integrated With Shared E-Services And Provide Access To Current Data, Notifications And Status Of Cases. In Addition, The Application Should Allow Submitting Applications, Applications And Receiving Information Ex Officio. The Entire Order Must Be Completed In An Integrated Formula, I.E. All Components - Domain Systems, Ezd, Mobile Application - Must Be Technologically And Functionally Consistent And Operate Within One Architecture. The Order Also Includes Installation, Configuration, Data Migration, Functional Tests, Employee Training And Full Post -Imaginable Documentation. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide Technical Support And Service Services In The Period Indicated In The Contract. The Order Of The Contract Should Be Delivered And Configured At The Seat Of The Szamocin City And Commune Office, Ul. Plac Wolności 19, 64-820 Szamocin. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Quantity And Method Of Execution Of The Order Includes Annex 8 To Swz.
