1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Course Inspector For The Supervision Of Green Areas For One Teacher/ Teacher Of Vocational Education Of The Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice.Kurs Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law Regarding The Course. The Course Should Include The Transfer Of Theoretical And Practical Knowledge, The Purpose Of Which Is To Increase The Professional Competence And Professional Skills Of The Vocational Training Teacher. Fuckers Should Be Conducted In A Full -Time Form. Number Of Total Participants - 1; Number Of Hours - 80 Hours; Hour = Clock Hour; Number Of People Working At One Position During Practical Classes = 1 Os.1.2. Contractors Obligations: The Course Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law And Should Include Minimally Issues In The Field Of: A) Verification Of Dendrological Inventory; B) Indication Of Trees Designated For Care, Clippings, Exaggeration; C) Control Of The Methods Of Securing Trees On The Construction Site Within The Root Lump, Trunk And Crown; D) Determining The Scope And Manner Of Performing Care; E) Supervision Over Trees Carried Out, E.G. Load Test, Sonic Scanning; F) Supervision Over The Course Of Individual Stages Of Construction Works, E.G. On Earthworks (Indicating The Scope Of Safe Reduction Of The Root System); G) Partial And Final Stages Of Executive Work; H) Quality Control Of Nursery Material (Plant); I) Supervision Over The Way Of Establishing Lawns Compliance Of Spacing And The Amount Of Material With The Project; J) Cooperation And Coordination Of Activities With Natural Supervision - Ornithologist, Entomologist, Chiropterologist, Mycologist. 1.3. Classes Should Take Place: A) From Monday To Saturday, B) For A Teacher/Teacher Of Vocational Education Of The Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice, C) Classes Can Take Place In Studios At The Headquarters Of The Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice At Ul. Dworcowa 1, Appropriately Adapted To The Nature Of The Classes, Made Available Free Of Charge With The Contractor With An Adequate Equipment Provided By The Contractor. D) Classes May Also Be Conducted Elsewhere Indicated By The Contractor. In The Case Of Organization Of The Course Within A Radius Exceeding 30 Km From The Headquarters Of The Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice, The Contractor Will Provide Accommodation For The Participant In The Course During The Training And Ensures Transport Or Pays The Costs Of Traveling To The Course By Public Transport (Pkp-Ii Class, Pks, Bus) On A Given Route. E) The Contractor Will Provide The Test Exam And Issuing The Course Of The Relevant Certificate To Participants. 1.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Agree With The Coordinator Of The Detailed Program Of The Program And Schedule For Individual Groups Within 5 Days Before The Start Of Classes, While Possible Corrections Of Classes No Later Than 3 Days Before The Date Of The Groups Classes After Obtaining Prior Acceptance By Project Participants.
