The Subject Of The Contract Is The Professional Provision Of Services Consisting In The Implementation Of Investor Supervision (Ni) For The Task Fotomedia At The Highest Level - Reconstruction Of The School Building In The Technical And General School Complex No. 3 In Katowice. Responsibilities: Execution Of Investor Supervision Over Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Abovementioned Investment Tasks, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Together With Executive Provisions, In All Industries, In The Full Scope Of Obligations. The Implementation Of The Investment Requires Adequate Supervision Of Specialists In The Field Of Construction, Sanitary, Electrical And Road Industries. Investors Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Are An Essential Element Of The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. The Obligations Will Not Include: Active Participation During The Development Of Project Documentation, Verification And Approval Of Documents (Oblhytes, Cost Estimates) Constituting The Basis For The Contracting Authority To Make Payments To The Contractor; Checking The Completeness And Correctness Of Documents Required To Receive Construction Works; Giving Opinions And Recommending Any Proposals For Changes In Design Solutions; Monitoring The Progress Of Works By Checking Their Actual Advancement And Compliance Of The Implementation With The Work Schedule In Force During The Contract; Organizing Technical, Problem And Other Meetings Of Participants Of The Investment Process Involved In The Implementation Of The Parties Contract, Organization And Coordination Of The Activities Of All Parties Participating In The Investment Project. The Deadline For The Service Of Ni Is Part Of The Assumed Time Frame Of The Investment Task Entitled: Fotomedia At The Highest Level - Reconstruction Of The School Building In The Technical And General School Complex No. 3 In Katowice. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 8 To Swz.
