As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 1.1. Swz, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform For The Employer: 1) Communication And Media Activities, Including: A) Editorial And Preparation Of Content Intended For Publication On The Municipal Website Www.Torun.Pl, Social Media, B) Implementation Of The Production Of Text And Graphic Materials, Hd Video, C) Collecting And Processing Information Obtained From The Employer And From Municipal Organizational Units, Companies With The Participation Of The City Toruń And Entities Cooperating With The City Of Toruń Only For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of The Contract, D) Developing And Editing Press Materials (Articles, Messages, Interviews, Reports, Etc.), E) Support Of The City Authorities In The Field Of Cooperation With The Media - Advisory And Operational, F) Monitoring And Documenting The Presence Of Toruń In Traditional And Digital Media. Self -Preparation And Publishing Of Posts (Graphics+Text), Varied Depending On The Platform, In Polish, And In The Case Of The Employers Demand, Also In English, D) Preparing Graphics/Multimedia Related To The Current Conduct Of Channels With A Consistent, Uniform Graphic Line Consistent With The Guidelines Of The Ordering Party, E) Preparation Of A Weekly Schedule. Publications In Advance, Among Others 3 Working Days. Acceptance Of The Ordering Party Is A Necessary Condition For Publishing All Materials. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Corrections Within 2 Business Days Of Receipt. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Notes Of The Employer And Make Corrections Within 1 Business Day, Unless The Employer Indicates A Longer Date Or The Party Does Not Set Any Other Date.
