Part 1 Switchgear, Switchgear Equipment, Sockets, Connectors; 1. The Contracting Authority Uses The Right Of Options. The Quantitative Scope Of The Basic Order And The Order Covered By The Options And General Requirements Contain A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. Subject Of The Order - Electrical And Teletechnical Materials - Are To Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Time Limit Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz (According To The Submitted Offer). 3. Deliveries Will Be Successfully Carried Out As The Employer Is Submitted As The Employer - The Response Time From The Date Of Submission Of The Demand In Accordance With The Deadline Indicated In The Contractors Offer, Not Longer Than 10 Days From The Date Of Reporting The Demand (In Accordance With The Submitted Offer). 4. Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Determined By The Warranty Card Issued And Transferred To The Employer. 7. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Employer Using The Contractor Unloading Measures (E.G. Hds, Forklift, Pallet Stroller, Car Elevator). 8. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Is - The Seat Of The Ordering Party, Sokółka, Ul. Torowa 12 (Or Ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 40). 9. Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, Checking The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contractors Offer. 10. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Chapters Ii. - Iii. Swz (Specification Of Contract Terms).
