1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Scope Of Providing Active Protection Services Within The Water Reservoir At Ul. Kaczycowa, As Part Of The Project Entitled: Protection Of Biological Diversity In Valuable Natural Areas In Krakow, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow. 1.1 The Order Is Co-Financed By European Funds Under The European Funds Program For Lesser Poland 2021-2027, In Accordance With The Contract Femp.02.14-Iz.00-0051/23-00-Xxi/79/Fe/24.1.2 The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular, Protective Activities Within The Water Reservoir, I.E. Staw At Ul. Kaczewcowa.1.3 Actions Will Consist Of Mowing Reeds And Cleansing The Tank Of Accumulated Singles As Well As Organic Matter And Dying Water Vegetation Using Specialized Equipment. The Service Will Include: 1.3.1 Loading Of Expansively Developing Aquatic Vegetation With Removal Of Plant Root Systems (Procedure Indispensable To Maintain The Water In The Right Condition), 1.3.2 Removal Of Sore And Organic Matter From The Bottom Of The Tanks With The Help Of Specialized Machines And Devices (Even And Precise Selection Of Deposits At A Specific Depth From The Dna Of The Pond),, 1.3.3 The Winning And Pulling Of The Other Organic Remains And Anthropogenic Pollution In The Tank (Lying And Floating On The Surface Of The Plant And Rubbish Contribute To The Acceleration Of Eutrophication Processes, While Causing A Decrease In Water Quality), 1.3.4 Development Of Spoil Through Its Storage In The Area Of The Tank Or Deportation Outside The Area In Annex A To Swz - The Subject Description And Material Scope Of The Order, 1.5 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 2.
