5.2 The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Elevator Shaft Along With The Replacement Of The Freight Elevator For A Passenger In A Building Located At Ul. Sadowa 5C In Radomsko Based On Project Documentation. 5.2.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of Construction Works, Dismantling Of The Existing Crane, Delivery And Installation Of A New Elevator In The Existing Glass In The Building Located At Ul. Sadowa 5C, In Radomsko (Plot No. 286/6 With An Area Of 0.2576 Ha, Precinct 15, Kw No. Pt1r/00042676/2) Constituting The Seat Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Radomsko. 5.2.2 The Works Covered By This Order Will Be Carried Out In The Functioning Facility. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Renovation Works In A Minimum Manner That Minimizes The Factors Disrupting The Work Performed By Employees And Colleagues Of The Ordering Party, Including The Tenants Of The Building. When Organizing The Work, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Following Requirements Of The Ordering Party:  Cleaning On A Regular Basis After Works, Washing After Construction Works. Construction, Disassembly And Assembly Works Include: 1. Preparatory Work2. Demolition And Protective Works3. Mounting Works4. Dry Buildings5. Electric Works6. Finishing And Accompanying Works5.3.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Contractors Obligations To Perform Construction Works, Disassembly, Assembly And Launch Of New Devices And Obtaining Permission From Udt (Registration And Receipt) For Use Of The Elevator, Conducting Training In Service, Servicing And Maintenance Of Devices During The Warranty Period And Performing The Required Measurements And Participating In Udt Research (If Required) For A Period Of Warranty 36 Months And 36 Months, Udt (The Costs Of Reviewing By Udt Will Be Incurred By The Employer, Which, However, Does Not Apply To The Costs Regarding The First Udt Collection Enabling The Start Of The Use Of Devices - This Cost Will Be Borne By The Contractor). The Contractor Will Provide All Devices Necessary To Launch And Correct The Elevator At The Offered Price. The Employer Requires The Supply Of Devices And Accessories Free From Defects And A Properly Acting One That Meets The Requirements Imposed By Law, Adapted To Handle The Disabled. The Contractor Is To Obtain All Permits And Consent If The Scope Of Work Requires It At Its Own Expense And On Its Own. The Contracting Authority May Require The Contractor To Perform Building Expertise
