The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Project Documentation For The Modernization Of Specialist Laboratory At Various Vocational Schools In Gdańsk Together With The Performance Of Authors Supervision And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Or Making The Necessary Entries, Allowing For Conducting Construction Works Under The Gdańsk Program Of Professionals - Stage Ii. Part 1 - Modernization Of Specialist Studies For Students Of The School Complex In Gdańsk, Ul. 51/52 . The Material Resources Of Design Work Includes All The Work And Activities Necessary To Complete The Task, In Particular:- Drawing Up An Inventory Of The Area Together With The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Utility Installations In The Building, To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract,- Drawing Up Applications To The Network Gestures For The Release Of Technical Conditions, Necessary For The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With Obtaining Conditions, Gestors Of Networks, External Areas, Public Administration Bodies, Appropriate Appraisers,- Obtaining By The Contractor Administrative Decisions- A Building Permit Decision Or Acceptance Of Works Without An Objection,- Obtaining A Decision Or Opinion Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, If Necessary,- Cost Optimization For Adopted Project Solutions, Including In The Field Of Accompanying Construction Works,- Developing The Specification Of Parameters Technical And Utility Equipment Of Didactic Positions For Six Studios Covered By The Subject Of This Contract For The Purposes Of Public Procurement Regarding The Delivery Of This Equipment To The Laboratory - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular With The Applicable Public Procurement Law. The Specification Of Technical And Utility Parameters Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Guidelines And In Consultation With The User - The School Head.
