In The Event That The User Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Employer Allows The Instructions/Documentation In English; B) With All Accessories Constituting A Sales Set; 3) Bringing The Equipment To The Rooms Indicated By The Contracting Authoritys Representative; 4) Notifying The Representative Of The Ordering Party About The Planned Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment, No Later Than For 2 Business Days Before That Date; 5) Agreement With The Contracting Authority The Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment, In The Case Of The Representative Of The Contracting Authority, As To The Date Proposed By The Contractor In Accordance With Point 4; 6) Cooperation With The Employer During The Performance Of The Contract, And In Particular Providing All Necessary Explanations And Information Regarding The Subject Of The Contract At Each Request Of The Contracting Authority Or The Person Indicated By The Contracting Authority 4. The Contractor Will Guarantee A Minimum Of 24 Months For The Provided Subject Of The Contract. The Maximum Warranty Period For Which Contractors Will Be Granted Points For The Delivered Equipment And Included When Granting Points At The Stage Evaluation Stage Is 48 Months.
