3 The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes A Minimum: 1) Sales And Delivery To The Employer Offered Equipment In Place (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment), Which Will Be Located In Plewiska Near Poznań. The Specific Address Of The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment Is Given By § 3 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template (Annex 7 Swz); 2) Preparation For Operation By The Employer Provided With The Equipment Provided To Him, Consisting Of A Minimum Of Conducting At The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment Of Its Assembly And Performing Other Types Of Relevant Installation Activities Of Individual Devices, Components And Other Physical Elements, As Well As (After Completing The Above -Mentioned Assembly And Installation Activities). Performing The First Start In Order To Demonstrate The Correctness Of Its Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting Training For The Employers Personnel Aimed At Preparing These People For Correct Service And Practical Operation Of The Offered And Supplied To The Employer In The Performance Of This Order. The Specific Type And Scope Of Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Benefits Referred To Above In This Item And The Manner Of Their Performance Is Given By § 4 Of The Contract Template; 3) Granting The Contracting Authority A Guarantee For Equipment, While It Is Required To Provide A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Equipment Of The Contracting Authority (Taking Into Account Additional Provisions In This Respect Given In § 6 Of The Contract Template). 4) Issuing To The Ordering Party: A) The Documents Referred To In § 5 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template; B) Other Documents, If The Equipment Offered, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Legal Provisions Require Such Documents To Use The Equipment On The Part Of The Ordering Party (As A User). 3. The Scope Of This Order (Delivery) Also Includes Additional Benefits Requiring The Performance Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, At The Stage After Issuing The Equipment Of Equipment, In Particular Such As Removing Defects And The Performance Of Other Benefits For The Contracting Authority In Connection With The Guarantee Provided For The Offered And Delivered Equipment. 4. In Detail The Benefits Consisting Of Indicated In Paragraph 2 And 3 Above The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Contract, As Well As Other Terms Of Their Implementation, Shall Provide A Contract Template.
