The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Road 1286K Klimontów-Kościelec Gr. Province In The Range From 0+000-6+500 Km And From 6+900-5+584 Km In Klimontów, Teresin, Meals, Kościelec And Supervision Of Authors. 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex A _ Design Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Documentation Should Be Made In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454), 6. The Contractor May Not Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process In The Developed Project Documentation, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Unless The Product Or Services Cannot Be Described In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, In The Case Of Using The Word Equivalent The Contractor In The Description Of The Subject Determines The Criteria Used For The Purpose Equivalence. 7.
