A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Attachment To Swz - Technical Specification Of The Agricultural Tractor With A Front Loader And Additional Working Equipment, It Requires That The Contractor Provide The Subject Of The Order Of The Factory New, Complete, High Standard, Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, Having The Required Technical Parameters, Meeting The Required By Polish Law, And Free From All Physical And Legal Defects. The Technical Parameters Given In The Attachment To Swz Are Minimal Parameters. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions/Parameters, Provided That The Contractor Shows That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent To Technical And Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Or Better Than Required By The Contracting Authority.
