A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Personal Performance By The Contractor With Key Tasks. 4. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. 5. The Contracting Authority Demands That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To The Contractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contractual Template, Annex 5 To Swz.7. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Order To The Full Extent. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority.
