Delivery Of Students With Disabilities To Schools And Educational Institutions In The 2025/2026 School Year The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Service Entitled Delivery Of Students With Disabilities To Schools And Educational Institutions In The 2025/2026 School Year The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Transporting Children To School Classes In The Period From The Date Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From 0.09.2025 To 26.06.2026 To The Following Institutions: 1) Two Children From Zakłoda To S.O.S. Zamość Ul. Śląska 45A, 2) One Child From Gaj Gruszczański To The Step Step Special School Complex In Zamość Ul. Peowiaków 6A, 3) Two Children From The Town Of Dam To The Rehabilitation, Educational And Educational Center In Zamość Ul. Gen. Orlicz Dreszer 14.4) One Child From The Town Of Gorajec-Zastawa To S.O.S. In Zamość Ul. Śląska 45A, 5) One Child From Wólka Czarnostocka To The Step Step Special School Complex In Zamość Ul. Peowiaków 6A, 6) One Child From The Town Of Gorajec-Zagroble-Kolonia To The Step Step Non-Public School Complex In Zamość Ul. Peowiaków 6A, 7) One Child From Mokrelipie To The Step Step Special School Complex In Zamość Ul. Peowiaków 6A, With Return. 2. The Route Will Be As Follows: Wólka Czarnostocka-Gorajec-Zastawa-Gorajec-Zgroble-Kolonia-Mokrelipie-Dam-Gaj Gruszczański-Zakłodzie-Zamość (Change Of Arrival At Individual Destination Points Is Allowed), Return On The Same Route After School Classes. 3. The Route Specified In Para. 2 May Change In A Relationship, Among Others With Exclusion From The Delivery Of The Student Already Covered By Delivery, 4. The Route Of The Journey Is A Specified Para. 2 Is A Maximum Of 126 Km (With 100% Attendance Of Students Driving In The Morning From The Schools Place Of Residence And After The School Classes From Schools To The Place Of Residence). The Length Of The Daily Route Will Change Depending On The Use Of Individual Students From Delivery In The Morning And Afternoon. To Determine The Number Of Kilometers Traveled On Individual Days In The Morning And Afternoon, The Contractor Will Use Public Tools, And The Designated Route Will Be The Shortest Possible. 5. The Service Covers 5 Days A Week, I.E. Up To 188 Days For The Period Of This Contract, Subject To Paragraph 6.
