The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Project Services To The Ministry Of National Education, In Particular In Terms Of Development, Updating And Agreeing On Project And Cost Documentation Together With The Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of Proprietary Property Rights To The Abovementioned Documentation And Rights Of Exercising And Authorization To Exercise Proprietary Rights To The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract And The Transfer Of Ownership Of Copies And Media, On Which Documentation Was Recorded And An Unlimited Amount Of Authors Supervisors, As Well As Conducting Formal Matters Under The Investment Process, In Accordance With Applicable Law. Orders Will Be Carried Out In A Partial Manner Depending On The Needs Of The Employer.
