1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Training Services In The Implementation Of Training/Vocational Courses For Students As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Professionals From Reymont-Improving The Quality Of Vocational Education At Zsp No. 3 In Łowicz Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program Of European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Contract No. The Order Is Divided Into 2 Parts And Described In Detail In Annex 9 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Part Of The Order, Including: Part 1 - Fiscal Cash Register Service Course; 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Conducting The Training In Accordance With The Framework Training Program Indicated In Opz2) Providing The Training Staff Meeting The Requirements Indicated In Opz4. Keeping Documentation From The Course Of Training: A. The Program Of Classes Taking Into Account The Minimum: Name Of The Classes, Total Number Of Hours, Duration And Manner Of Organization Of Classes, Place Of Implementation, Name Of The Person Conducting Classes, Objectives Of Education, Description Of Learning Outcomes, Outline Of Classes, Method And Form Of Credit, B. Schedule Of Classes Taking Into Account The Minimum: Date And Place Of Implementation Of Classes, Name Of The Classes, Name And Surname Of The Lecturer And Hours Of Classes. The Schedule Must Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority Immediately After Signing The Contract, C. Educational Class Journal Containing Topics And Dimension Of Educational Classes, D. Presence List Containing: Name, Surname And Signature Of The Training Participant And Coach, E. List Confirming The Reception By Participants Of Training Materials, F. 1 Copy Of Didactic Materials (Paper/ Electronic Version), G. Photocopies Issued To Participants Of Certificates/ Diplomas/ Certificates Confirming The Acquisition Of Competences, H. Register Of Issued Certificates/Diplomas/Certificates With Confirmation Of Receipt Of Them By Persons Participating In Classes (List Of Receipt Of Certificates), I. Documentation On Competence Tests, Including The Exam Report Along With The Results Of Participants; J. Training Photographic Documentation - Min. 5 Photos, K. Publisher Report, Confirming The Performance Of Services5. Conducting An Evaluation Consisting In: A. Conducting Surveys (Made Available By The Contracting Authority) B. Preparation And Conduct Of Pre Test, Post Test And/Or Internal Exam In The Field Of All Thematic Modules For Participants/Participants. Validation Cannot Be Carried Out By The Same Person Who Conducted The Training. Preparation Of The Register Of Issued Certificates. 6. During The Classes, The Principle Of Equal Opportunities, Including Gender Equality And Availability For Disabled People, Will Be Maintained. 7. The Place Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Seat Of The Ordering Party In Łowicz At Ul. Powsta
