This Project Seeks To Identify, Georeference, Value And Manage Elements Such As Benches, Paper, Luminaires, Games And Other Goods That Make Up Urban Furniture, With The Purpose Of Strengthening The Management And Maintenance Of Public Space. The Site Comprises Exclusively The 4,186 Hectares Of The “Lo Lo Barnechea Urban Area Whose Urban Limit Is Established In The Metropolitan Regulatory Plan Of Santiago Prms And In The Current Community Regulatory Plan In Force. The“ Urban Area Cordillera ”, Cordillera Farellones Center, La Parva, El Colorado And Nevado Valley. In A Merely Referential Way, It Is Estimated That In The Indicated Surface The Urban Furniture Rises Around 40,000 Units. The Project In Its Entirety Contemplates A Maximum Duration Of 185 Calendar Days From The Subscription Of The Starting Act.
