The Object Of The Agreement - Framework: Providing Car Service Services For Vehicles Serving The Directions Financed From The Local Budget The Frequency And The Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded, According To The Budget Allocated: The Estimated Value Of The Lowest Subsequent Contract: 530,935.00 Lei Without Vat; The Estimated Value Of The Highest Subsequent Contract: 5,768,675.00 Lei Excluding Vat; The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement: 6,299,610.00 Lei Excluding Vat; The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement: 25.198,440.00 Lei Excluding Vat; Additional Information Regarding The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Can Be Found In The Table Called 2. Minimum And Maximum Quantities, Annexed To The Documentation. The Contracting Authority Envisages That It Will Conclude 5 Subsequent Contracts During The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conclude More Or Fewer Subsequent Contracts According To The Needs And Budget Allocated To The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Purchase All The Products According To Needs. The Duration Of The Subsequent Contract Is From Its Signing By Both Parties And Until All Contractual Obligations.
