The French Community Commission Wishes To Entrust The Financial Mission To Manage The Loans Concluded By The Spabsb, With A View To Refinance The Borrowings Referred To In Article 1, §1Er Of The Management Agreement For Financing For The French Community Of November 29, 1993 Which Are Due. This Management Will Be Fully Ensured, Including In Its Practical Terms By The Designated Service Provider. In Addition, The French Community Commission Wishes To Entrust The Management Of Its Own Cash Flow
