Tenders Are Invited For Sap Management Platform

The Contracting Authority Has Started This European Tender In Connection With The Expiration Of The Current Agreement For The Sap Systems On 1-05-2027 And Can No Longer Be Extended. The Sap Systems Of The Tax Authorities (Hereafter Client) Use Infrastructure That Is Known As The Sap Managed Platform, This Managed Service (Also Called Solution) Must Be Provided With A Successor To The Current Solution. The Dimensioning Of The Solution Can Be Found In The Table Below. This Contains The Sizing Data (Memory And Saps) For The Future Sap Landscape. Both The Databases And The Sap Application Will Be Migrated Low To This Infrastructure. The Total Disk Capacity Required Is 120 Tb For The Twin Datacenter (Or Two Data Centers In Apeldoorn Or Two Data Centers In Groningen), To Be Distributed Equally Between The Twin Datacenter, So Either Apeldoorn Or Groningen. The Twin Datacenter Is On Two Geographically Separated Locations That Must Be Arranged As Identical Environments; So Every Data Center Must Have Access To 60 Tb Disk Room. All Resources Are Required From Day 1. In Addition, Virtual Machines (Vms) Must Be Migrated (See Appendix V Sap Landscape And Annex Vi Migration). These Are Currently Around 130. These Are Expected To Remain Fairly Stable During The Contract Period And Are Expected To Be Between 100 And 130 Vms To Be Found In More Extensive Information In Section 2.4.2 Descriptive Document.
